Stemfield began its journey over a decade ago under the leadership of Parv Surendra Jaiswal and Supriya Parv Jaiswal, both driven by the belief that education should inspire curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills in every child. Their flagship institution in India stands today as one of the region’s most respected schools—integrating STEM, AI, robotics, and design thinking into mainstream education long before it became a global trend.
In 2025, the vision expanded beyond India. With the establishment of Stemfield Skill Education Services LLC in Dubai, the brand entered the UAE’s education ecosystem, introducing experiential learning labs in AI, Robotics, Aerospace, and Design Thinking. These labs are designed to empower schools to align with UAE Vision 2030 by nurturing innovation, sustainability, and global competencies among students.

Parv Surendra Jaiswal, Founder & Managing Director of the Stemfield Group, is an education entrepreneur, strategist, and visionary known for his contribution to experiential learning in India and now the UAE. His leadership blends business insight with a deep passion for education reform and future learning models.
Supriya Parv Jaiswal, Co-Founder & Academic Director, brings over a decade of experience in school management and curriculum design. With an MBA in Education Management from NMIMS, she leads academic innovation and student development strategies across both India and UAE operations.
