With a strong global vision, Parv is now expanding operations to Dubai through Stemfield Skill Education Service LLC, partnering with educators, regulators, and industry leaders to prepare the next generation for a rapidly evolving world.

Supriya P. Jaiswal is an accomplished educationist, visionary strategist, and the driving force behind the operational excellence of the Stemfield Group. With an MBA in Education Management (NMIMS) and over a decade of hands-on leadership in school administration, curriculum planning, compliance, and student development, Supriya has been instrumental in shaping the Stemfield identity.
As Director of Stemfield Innovation Hub, she leads Academic Strategy, International Curriculum Alignment, Teacher Upskilling, Pedagogical Innovation, and Implementation of Experiential Learning Models across partner schools. Her expertise ensures that every Innovation Lab delivers real learning outcomes—aligned with CBSE, IB, and British frameworks.
Known for her exceptional organisational skills, creative thinking, and deep understanding of child psychology, Supriya bridges global benchmarks with practical classroom execution. She has played a transformative role in establishing Stemfield International School, Jabalpur, elevating its academic standing, sports achievements, and holistic development programmes.
